The artful charm of Sorrento
We had a delightful experience at Accademia 39! The artwork throughout the hotel creates a unique ambiance. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had almond milk and decaf coffee for my husband’s birthday. Our room was clean, quiet, and had very comfortable bedding. We enjoyed brewing coffee on our lovely patio with views of narrow, quiet lanes.

Breakfast featured a variety of pastries that were enjoyable, and they were happy to accommodate our request for eggs when asked.
The room felt compact, lacking a real balcony, which was a letdown for enjoying the fresh air. No USB or conveniently located power sockets were available, and a broken loo seat was noted during our stay. It was a small annoyance, but there also happened to be noisy building work on one day, which just felt like bad luck.

Our family loved the charming outdoor area where we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine, surrounded by luscious trees. We also appreciated the convenient check-in process that made it easy for all of us to settle in quickly, even with our friend joining us.
My wife says that more family-friendly activities would enhance our stay.

The location was superb, right at the heart of the old town yet on a tranquil street, making exploration easy. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a generous variety of melt-in-your-mouth pastries enjoyed in a charming outdoor setting. However, the room was compact, lacking sufficient power sockets, and we experienced a minor issue with our room assignment that was quickly resolved with a complimentary bottle of prosecco.

Staying with my friends was fantastic! We loved the terrace for breakfast and hanging out. The vibe was great, with unique decor and comfy spaces. The location is spot on, close to amazing restaurants and the promenade. Definitely check out the local citrus garden. Breakfast was a highlight, though make sure to get there early for the best selection!
The room felt a bit compact for all of us, but it didn’t ruin our experience. Just be prepared for a snug fit if you have a larger group.

My stay at Accademia 39 was exceptional. Breakfast on the terrace offered fresh eggs and various pastries, complemented by attentive service from Nadia and Mavi. The intimate setting, with fewer guests, provided a peaceful atmosphere, unlike larger hotels. Additionally, the location in the heart of Sorrento allowed me to easily explore local dining and shopping, enhancing my experience during this work trip. The room was well-furnished and had all necessary amenities.

We had a lovely time enjoying a delicious breakfast early before our ferry trip and the hassle-free valet parking made our stay even better. There’s a nice sun terrace to relax on and a cozy leisure room for winding down after a long day.
