We had a delightful experience at Accademia 39! The artwork throughout the hotel creates a unique ambiance. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had almond milk and decaf coffee for my husband’s birthday. Our room was clean, quiet, and had very comfortable bedding. We enjoyed brewing coffee on our lovely patio with views of narrow, quiet lanes.

staying at this hotel made our trip to Sorrento truly memorable because we could easily stroll to beautiful parks like Fondazione Sorrento and iconic spots such as the Duomo dei San Filippo e Giacomo within just a few minutes' walk, allowing us to soak in the local culture without the hassle of public transport.

Breakfast featured a variety of pastries that were enjoyable, and they were happy to accommodate our request for eggs when asked.

The room felt compact, lacking a real balcony, which was a letdown for enjoying the fresh air. No USB or conveniently located power sockets were available, and a broken loo seat was noted during our stay. It was a small annoyance, but there also happened to be noisy building work on one day, which just felt like bad luck.

It was just a suitable option for a date night in Sorrento with fantastic value. We enjoyed the lovely sun terrace to relax after a long day. Make sure to ask about the valet parking—it made getting around super easy.

However, the room was compact, lacking sufficient power sockets, and we experienced a minor issue with our room assignment that was quickly resolved with a complimentary bottle of prosecco.

The location is spot on, close to amazing restaurants and the promenade. Definitely check out the local citrus garden. There’s a nice sun terrace to relax on and a cozy leisure room for winding down after a long day. The room was a bit snug, but it didn't take away from our overall experience, so I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a charming stay! 😊
